Savory Herb Oil

This savory herb oil is a staple in my kitchen. Brushed across grilled chicken, drizzled on salmon or spread on crusty French bread this herb blend is the perfect pairing to almost every dish.

Savory Herb Oil

1 oz flat leaf parsley, finely chopped

1 oz chives, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 shallot, minced

1/4 tsp chili flakes

1/2 cup olive oil

Salt to taste

  • Finely mince parsley, chives, shallot and garlic
  • Add herb mixture to bowl
  • Sprinkle in chili flakes
  • Slowly drizzle olive oil into mixture and stir
  • Salt to taste

Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
